Refund policy

Layl by MRS

At Layl by MRS, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully prepared. We hope you love your purchase, however if you require assistance, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must remain attached
• Item must not have any stains, marks, perfume, or alterations

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued a store credit via email.

 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Refunds will only be issued if:

• The item is faulty
• The incorrect item was sent

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and your order number.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank provider.

Please note:

• Sale items are final and cannot be returned
• Pre-order items cannot be cancelled once confirmed
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind
